How to Join UNCA

Thank you for expressing interest in becoming a member of the United Nations Correspondents Association (UNCA).

The UNCA membership application process requires an application, meeting membership qualifications, sponsorship, and final approval. Once your membership is approved, your on line account will be created for you automatically and you will receive a welcome email with important information on how to sign in and use your new website.

Here is what to do:

• Click Here to download and/or print the Membership Application Form. (PDF)
• Fill out the application and have it signed by two current UNCA members (sponsors).
• Attach 3 clippings of your latest stories covering UN issues and submit them along with the application.
• Submit a photocopy of your current UN press accreditation.
• Write a check or money order for $125.00 Made out to: United Nations Correspondents Association (UNCA)
• If you wish your photo to appear in the UNCA Directory, please send it to contactus@unca.com.

Drop off all the above documents and payment to the following address:

UNCA Office in-person at the UN Secretariat Building, Room S-308.

Your application will be submitted for review by the UNCA President and Membership Committee. Once your application has been approved, you will be notified with a welcome letter, and email.
